Focusing Process
The focusing process is the same as the Sculpfun S9, S6 Pro, and S6 we tested earlier, but this laser cutter and engraver has a higher focus block. The laser engrave head is tightened by a thumbscrew on the back, making the focusing process quick and easy. You can also easily remove the lampshade if needed.
Improved X Axis Linear Guide
The problem with the X-axis rubber roller design is that if one of the rollers is worn or bent, the laser head will not produce a straight line in the X-axis direction. The line will be wavy, with the length of the wave corresponding to the circumference of the roller.
This modified straight-line guide on S10 engraving laser machine avoids these issues by providing higher stability to the laser head, which will aid in accurate engraving.
Air Assist Kit
The Sculpfun S10 module is equipped with air assist for all necessary components except the Sculpfun air assist pump. But the S10 air assist pump is not included in the machine and needs to be purchased separately.
